About Us
At Retreats on Yachts we are on a mission to merge the worlds of wellness and yachting. By co-creating transformational retreat experiences on the sea.
Founded in 2023 by Jessica Filkins—a former captain, yacht chef, and retreat leader. Retreats on Yachts was born from a deep love for the ocean and healing spaces.
Raised on a sailboat in the Bahamas, Jessica is a true mermaid at heart. She now bridges the worlds of yachting and wellness by helping facilitators host unforgettable, soul-aligned retreats on the water.

Our Services
Let the ocean co-host your next retreat
We help you design and host a one-of-a-kind retreat on a yacht or catamaran. An experience that stands apart from land-based retreats. With the sea as your setting, transformation flows naturally. The ocean supports you, your guests feel held, and your offering becomes something unforgettable.
At Retreats on Yachts, we guide you every step of the way. From choosing the right location and yacht, to designing your retreat. We make sure everything runs with ease and alignment.
Ready to bring your own retreat to the ocean? We’ll support you in creating an soul-aligned and powerful experience at sea.
Want to feel the magic before you host your own? Every year we host the Voyage of Visionaries—a retreat for facilitators and visionary leaders to experience the magic of yacht retreats for themselves.
